What's New for 2010? Enhancements across the BMW Range.

BMW continually develops and enhances its model range to ensure that you drive even better, cleaner and more dynamic cars.

New Z4 M Sport model

BMW has introduced a new Z4 M Sport specification featuring a number of styling modifications and a sportier suspension set-up. Visual cues include Sport seats, M leather steering wheel, M aerodynamic bodystyling, Aluminium carbon interior trim, Anthracite headlining and M Door sill finishers. And, with a ride height lowered by 10mm, the Z4 M Sport not only gives you improved roadholding and a more exhilarating driving experience it also looks and feels sensational. The BMW Z4 M Sport is available from £33,605 OTR.

New 135i Coupé and Convertible
BMW 1 Series Coupé and Convertible models are now available with a powerful new turbocharged 3.0-litre engine. The new 135i Coupé and Convertible are the first 1 Series models to offer optional seven-speed Double Clutch Transmission (DCT) for fast, seamless gear changes, improved performance and increased fuel efficiency. With DCT, the 135i Coupé reaches 62mph in 5.2 seconds, swift by anyone's standards but truly remarkable when you consider this goes hand-in-hand with 33.2 mpg on the combined cycle and 195g/km of CO2 emissions, leading to a 4 per cent improvement in BIK tax over the outgoing model. OTR prices start at £30,465 for the 135i Coupé and £33,460 for the Convertible.

Smaller-engine Coupé and Convertible models, meanwhile, benefit from a dynamic character of their own thanks to Sport specification, available at no additional cost over the corresponding ES model. Sport models offer 17" light alloy wheels, sport seats, front foglights and sport leather steering wheel with multi-function controls as standard - a specification upgrade worth over £1,000.

New 320d EfficientDynamics Saloon
Available to order now, the new BMW 320d EfficientDynamics Saloon will be officially launched on 20 March, with prices from £26,480 OTR. The 320d ED is the world's first premium compact executive saloon to achieve under 110g/km of CO2, (alongside 68.9mpg) yet accelerates from 0-62mph in 8.0 seconds, considerably faster than rival offerings. The Audi A4 2.0TDIe, for example, emits 120g/km CO2 yet 62mph takes considerably longer, at 9.5 seconds.

The 320d ED can thank the latest BMW EfficientDynamics technologies for these remarkable figures. The diesel engine, for example, has been modified to run more smoothly at lower revs, while longer gearing reduces fuel consumption, and lowered suspension and unique aerodynamic alloy wheels reduce drag. Alongside now-familiar EfficientDynamics technologies such as Auto Start-Stop, the complete package increases fuel efficiency, resulting in lower CO2 emissions without affecting performance.
